CHIEF EXECUTIVE
High Security Irrigators Murrumbidgee
High Security Irrigators Murrumbidgee (HSI-M) seeks to appoint a Chief Executive to lead the
organisation\'s development of industry policy and its participation in the current national
water reform program.
HSI-M represent s the interest of high security irrigation entitlement holders across the
Murrumbidgee Valley. The position will be based in Griffith, NSW.
Reporting to the Chairman and Directors, the Chief Executive will provide policy advice and
direction to the industry and represent the organisation at local, state and national levels.
To succeed in this position you will need to demonstrate a proven ability to:
Lead and manage policy development and representation for an influential industry
association;
Negotiate challenging water resource management outcomes;
Maintain and develop important strategic relationships with delivery partners, governments
and industry; and
Confidently communicate with media and key industry stakeholders.
